I have to make a file related to therapeutic education from a clinical situation.

The objective of the patient is to identify the positive elements in favor of a smoking cessation and the means that would suit him.

From this objective, I must realize a decisional balance, an educational program and two educational actions (a principal and a plan B readjusted).

I encounter a problem when setting up the educational program . Indeed I must identify the patient's intended competence, criteria, indicators and educational objectives for the patient.
I have trouble identifying the "criteria" and the "indicators", possibly due to a difficulty of differentiating the two ...

I will be very grateful if ESI, health professionals or others could bring me a light on the construction of this program because I'm starting to despair: 'D

C'est un appel à l'aide que j'envoie ici!

Je dois créer un dossier d’éducation thérapeutique à partir d’une situation clinique.

L'objectif du patient est d'identifier les éléments positifs en faveur d'un sevrage tabagique et les moyens qui lui conviendraient.

À partir de cet objectif, je dois réaliser un équilibre décisionnel, un programme éducatif et deux actions éducatives (un principal et un plan B réajustés).

Je rencontre un problème lors de la mise en place du programme éducatif. En effet, je dois identifier la compétence, les critères, les indicateurs et les objectifs éducatifs souhaités du patient.

Have you spoken with your patient ?
You would have to build a questionnaire that would give you a good working base.

Indeed, it is difficult to differentiate them.
A criterion is a character that distinguishes a thing or a notion.
For example: a criterion of the safety of the care is the respect of the rules of hygiene.

An indicator is a tool to help or evaluate a decision.
If I repeat the same example, a health care nurse indicator is the number of care-related infections.
An indicator must be measurable, quantifiable.
